The study was carried out on 668 adults between April twenty six and June 8 year that is last. Yoga exercises providers were broken down into the sub categories of long-term, mid term and beginners.

The study noted that long term practitioners had “highest peace of mind, lowest depression & anxiety, with no sizable difference in the mid term and the novice user group”.
